Clear, flexible funding pathways.

Journey Supports is a registered NDIS provider, and most of our services are funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We also work with a range of alternative funding arrangements and government programs, ensuring funding is rarely a barrier to accessing the right support.

Our team understands that funding pathways can sometimes be complex. We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and stakeholders to identify available funding options and support participants to access the services they need.

NDIS Funding

As a registered NDIS provider, Journey Supports can support participants who are:

  • NDIA-managed
  • Plan-managed
  • Self-managed

Our services are most commonly funded through:

  • Improved Relationships – Positive Behaviour Support
  • Improved Daily Living – Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology

Where appropriate, we can also provide supporting evidence and documentation to assist with NDIS reviews, reassessments, Change of Circumstances applications and requests for additional supports.

Beyond NDIS

Journey Supports also works with a range of funding sources beyond the NDIS, including:

  • Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)
  • Child Protection and associated services
  • Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI)
  • Forensic disability and justice-funded programs
  • Hospital and health-funded pathways where appropriate
  • Private fee-for-service arrangements
  • Other government-funded and community-funded programs

Not Sure How It's Funded?

Funding can be confusing, and it should never prevent a participant from accessing support.

If you’re unsure whether funding can be used for our services, our intake team is happy to discuss the participant’s circumstances, explore available options and help identify the most appropriate pathway.
